You don't need to feel guilty. SCN is like newer version of Facebook for me. Earlier I used to login to FB first to check what my friends are doing. Now I login to SCN to see what my SAPiens are upto. Yes, it hampers my work too. I, many times, postpone my regular but less important tickets and continue my time with SCN.
I also agree with Srikanth. I too have several bookmark, all for SCN
