Hi Ravi ,
Thank you for your tips.
Yes..I only need Phantom in order to avoid production orders of SBS1..n
Subassemblies as structure is needed by development team. They want to produce in lab their own pieces..they want to make changes on these SBS..anyway..it is obviously that there are lot of benefits of having BOM of final products composed by several SBS.
On the other side..production got suffocated by so many orders(for each SBS) .
Hence , my need to transform actual SBS in Phantom SBS and explode them in final product production order. Now my issue is getting alive : I cannot generate also Phantom routing . I know that I have to add SBS routing time to final product routing , but this solution doesn't fit to my requirements as long as I have hundreds of SBS . Much more , supposing that I want to change operation time in a SBS routing..what shall I do?..change routing of all Final products which contains this specific SBS ?
I'm affraid that it is too much room for human errors ! And these routing errors definitely lead to unseen cost errors !
I don't know what is the best strategy to solve this ...maybe there is someone here who faced same issue and solved it with elegance :)..just lookin' for an elegant solution .
Thank you very much ,
Octav
