Hi,

As it's completely related with the Mail server authentications either TLS or SSL SMTP setup.Here i suggest you to follow SAP KBA   1950670 - Error XS856 "No delivery to &1, authentication required" occurs while sending mails through SMTP node

  1702632 - Authentication with user and password while sending mail through SAPconnect using SMTP

Hope these KBA's will resolve your issue.
