BI platform 4.1: mobile client for Blackbarry and other

I'm install BI platform 4.1 but can't find mobile client for Blackbarry and other.

In Guide for BI 4.1 and Mobile 4.1

Install (Server) Package 

Mobile server package no longer comprises of MobileOTA14.war for BlackBerry deployments. You can access this war file through SMP.

How  I can find mobile client for Blackberry for BI platform 4.1??

What does mean this file?
