Short dump on HRFORM SAP_PAYSLIP_GBSM when Print Program Test

Hi

I am having a problem with the STD HRFORM SAP_PAYSLIP_GBSM.

When executing the option menu

Form-> Print Program (Test)

The program shows the following (image attached)

However when tried to click on any of the INFOSTARS or DIMs I have the  following short dump:

This is the SAP STD HRFOM, so I am assuming that will need ot raise an OSS NOTe, but what to double check if anybody has seen this error before.
