Count formula using Where

Hello All,

I want to count the different Milestones codes on the dimension "ChangeMilestone" for each Project Definition.  I tried to use the below two options but none of them are working properly.

The result I am looking is to have a variable for each ChangeMilestone and count them when the project changes.

Example:

AtpTotal: 4  (only 4 projects have atp's)

CATotal: 2  (only 2 projects have Ca's)

Can someone please help me what I am doing wrong? Or I am not using correctly the formula?
