Hi,

creating the hier is possible only BW 3.X  and BI 7.3 but not possible to create the hier in BI 7.0.

you want create the hier entet the tcode - RSA1OLD create the hier.

then check the hier in BI system enter tcode -  RSA1 for specific object.

plesae search on google "how to load the hier in sap bi".
