are you asking about all holidays displaying for current year in one application or else in leave requests application ......if u need all in one application u need to develop custom application for this and call that into portal iview ....see below for leave request application once......
holidays are displayed in different color in portal when you open leave request application for 3 months or you can set what ever the colour you want for this holiday types see below :-
