What is your backup structure?
You can create a defined backup Job in Symantec to reference it in the utilfile.
The Utilfile then executes the defined backup Job on the Symantec Server.
But before that you have to create under the Directory \Oracle\<SID>\11...\database\ an INIT<SID>.SAP file which can be accessed from the Transaction DB13. In this file you refer to the corresponding UtilFile to start the Backup.
