I need some advise here thanks.
OS version : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.2 (Santiago).
DB: Oracle 11g R2
Symptoms : Services starts failing and try to restarts, after restarting fails the CMS stops.
The following screenshot is the server status right after the new installation.
