I guess you are refering to OMWD config where Plant+MRP group can define 'Rescheduling horizon' as 0 to stop exception message. But it only applies to Reschedule-in... that is Bring firm procurement proposal forward.
Reschedule -out message will be gnerated irrespetive of any setting... See documentationbelow
When postponing (rescheduling out), all firmed receipt elements are checked
irrespective of whether they are selected here or not.
- The rescheduling horizon does not apply in this case. The system creates the rescheduling proposals to bring the elements forward according to the requirements date.
