Hello guys,
I created a BICS connection for a query and created a dashboard on top of the BICS connection using Query browser.
The authentication type for BICS connection is "Use specified user name and password". we are not using SSO.
When i run the dashboard on BOE it works fine with the id "administrator" with which i have also created BICS connetion.
But when i run the dashboard with other user id it gives me error " (XLS 000009) Universe generation failed for resource id "AVcT9WJFnQhKuIG1erpdg.Q".
I am unable to find the actual problem, i checked with creating webi report on top of this BICS connection. Its working fine with administrator id but not opening with other user in BOE. Below is the screen shot.. Please help
