Fax service set up in ECC

Hi Experts,

Need to activate Fax setup for sending purchase order to vendors

Please tell me the steps to be executed in the system from BASIS side and configuration of the same.

Kindly tell me the SAP standard procedure as well for Fax activation in ECC system
